Architectural Review Requests
Approval is required for any exterior changes to the home. Please be sure to submit a complete Architectural Review Application on the AIM Portal as well as upload helpful documents, plans, pictures of color or material in order to assist the committee in reaching a decision. Approval from the association does not supercede approval from the Town. Unsure if you need a Town permit? Visit https://hiltonheadislandsc.gov/building/residential.cfm for more details.
